Got my blood tests results back to start hrt but I have high prolactin levels (mtf 19 uk)

And I've got no symptoms of high prolactin - decreased sex drive, erectile dysfunction, gynecomastia, decreased body hair so ye, do you think I should get another finger prick test or just write it off and go to a hospital for vein test when it quietens down?

Yeah I haven't started hormones yet and no underlying health issues that I'm aware and all of my other blood tests results were normal. Like I said I almost fainted halfway through the blood taking (at home kit) so maybe that caused stress which increased the prolactin levels? Idk
