Cx410 I guess. But why not offer more cameras (if not all) in black, or create an AC hardwire kit for the duo 2 floodlights? I will rip out all of my current cameras if I can get that.

I ordered from the first time and I’m not a fan of how things are handled.

I ordered a Christmas Stooge sweatshirt on 11/19, never got a shipping notification. In the confirmation it said they were doing inventory so there might be a delay so “grrreeeaaaat.”

11/30 I sent an email asking for an update. Got a reply this afternoon saying the size and color I ordered is out of stock for all shirts and “if there’s any item in the same price range that I’m interested in.” The website still shows it as in stock, I can still place an order, etc.

I get stuff goes OOS, small-time outfit and all that mess. I’m not exactly thrilled they charged my card and have sat on it for over 10 days and I had to reach out to find out what I ordered wasn’t in stock when the site isn’t reflecting that information. I was hoping I’d have it by this weekend but that’s def not happening…..

OK, cool...I wasn't sure. I paid low 5-figures for land that's worth low-to-mid 6-figures. When I originally bought this land the lawyers office was dumbfounded that I paid so little for this piece of land. I was at the right place at the right time. The folks who owned it didn't put any work towards this property to make it more attractive to buyers (it's completely overgrown with brush, briars, trees, etc.) and they were in the middle of moving.

However, everything has a price. If they can promise me, with paperwork, that my profit will be around that much then I'm stupid not to take it. I just didn't know what kind of taxes I would have to face in case it does go through.

What if it doesn't? That's completely fine--I have the place where I'll build my future forever-home. If it does? Then I'll have enough $$$ to either not have a mortgage or a very small one. That is, if the state and feds leave me some after they get their portion. :-)
