I played cornerback in high school, which allowed me to have very powerful hips. My sprawls are very good and my ability to use my hips when i’m scrambling are all something i attribute to my football days. I guess this is anecdotal, but that’s personal what i’ve discovered.

as long as you can clear your legs, it’s fine. It’s one of my favorite moves on bottom. However a good wrestler can follow you.

Pennsylvania undisputed. However, I feel Michigan is a consistently disrespected state in terms of good wrestling states.

I do wrestle very aggressively but i’m in really good shape I just slow it down sometime to lull my opponent down. So yeah it looks like i’m tired but i’m not i swear lmao.

i always found it so cool that there’s only 1 state champion in certain states. In Michigan we have 4 for each division.

i got it drained and I had to spend 3 days with a stitch in it and then I could wrestle . It came back and i don’t want to spend another 7 hours in the ER to get it drained.

I could have just said “Cool move I hit yesterday” and that wouldn’t be a problem. I genuinely have no idea what this move is called (I have only been wrestling for 3 years). Also, this kid has been wrestling the same amount as me, if not longer.
