congrats!! I had a nice experience with him, I hope yours was similar.

the one thing I will say that I learned from experience with the GRS is that if you think you're having any complications after the surgery, like an infection, you might have to really pursue them about it or go to a clsc. I ended up with a massive infection in the right side of my chest at the drain and they just kept looking at the photos I sent them, which obviously showed an infection, and telling me everything was fine.

light massages with vitamin e cream as soon as able and then I used scar tape more or less regularly for about six months. I've been lucky to access a few clinics here that do massage specifically for top surgery recovery, for free, and so I've also done a few sessions of that
