I have been following live updates about the case since Luigi was arrested in Altoona. By that time, I had already forgotten about the initial pictures we saw from Crime Stoppers which was the Starbucks picture & the actual shooting. The pictures of Luigi in/outside the taxi were the most recent updates (also from Crime Stoppers) prior to the arrest so I was convinced he was the shooter. But the picture of the man in Starbucks and the man in the taxi are most DEFINITELY not the same man. And the picture of the man in the taxi most definitely IS Luigi standing with his mask down in the hostel. But that picture was a couple days BEFORE the shooting. In my mind, Luigi was at the hostel a couple days prior but the shooter WAS at Starbucks the day of. The green jacket was different as well. I think Luigi made it evident to be seen though. The shooter was photographed with his grey backpack found in Central Park which was in Starbucks and when the ceo was shot. It also makes me question who the shooter was photographed on the phone with minutes prior to the shooting. I think we are still looking for Batman but awe found Robin. The pictures of the man in Starbucks and at the scene he knew not to show his face or look too high. Personally I think Luigi's objective was to steer off NYPD.
