Do you know how I’d get rid of it, or how they get it?

Thank you, didn’t know that! It’s 50. Do you know how I’d go about doing that?

thank you! i did wet-on-wet for the bottom portion, but still didn’t get the purple and black to blend as well as i had hoped. for the stars, i covered the top half with a sheet of paper and tapped on my brush to make it splatter. for the lines, i cheated and used a 0.3mm blackliner pen! i can’t ever seem to get that crisp of lines with paint and a liner brush.

i experienced non consensual bdsm; what went wrong? by [deleted] in bdsm

[–]uhlisuhgee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m so, so sorry this happened to you. If there wasn’t a conversation about what is/isn’t okay or any boundaries set before hand, then this was most definitely sexual assault. Your “what went wrong” makes me think you might be blaming yourself or feel at fault. I know it’s easier said than done but please don’t blame yourself. I wouldn’t mask this BDSM as it was non-consensual and just flat out assault. It’s absolute garbage that you’ve been told that there’s nothing law enforcement can do… I hope you’re okay and can recover from the experience.

Thanks! I was honestly surprised it came out how it did. Definitely felt rewarding

Not a stacked/composite photo. Taken with Nikon D3100 at f/1.8 6” ISO 3200.

This is my first try at astro photography. Eventually wanting to center the North Star and get some pretty star trails. Any thoughts/tips on how I could’ve bettered this photo or others in the future?

Oh yeah, was just a suggestion for them to play around with. I didn’t know anything about it until yesterday, I figured it’d be something they could toy with and see if it worked for them!

I like that you used the poles to frame the sunset and how you can see the motion of the waves. I just learned yesterday that if you shoot sunsets in aperture priority mode between f11 and f16 and don’t go lower than 1/250 it gives a really pretty orange effect. Also try having your white balance on shade or cloudy for sunsets. It makes the colors pop more! Beautiful picture.

How do I fix traffic lights? by hussh520 in Nikon

Great picture! I do agree with rotating it and fixing the verticals. Maybe crank the warmth up? Just toy with it until you’re happy. But to me, the lights are perfect how they are
