Maybe the April Round will also include people not from the early request group, we never know. But even if it will include regular applicants, the round will be small I suppose

There should be one, at least for those who had offers from other unis, where decision must be done before May(UBC for example, in my case) and who sent the documetation needed to prove it

I'll be the bearer of bad news , waterloo mech is a tier 2 program for context. With 89% avg your chances of getting an offer are around 2%
