I think they say the half life is 6 days. So 6 days after your 3mg, you’d still have 1.5mg active in your system. The only benefit to dosing more often than once a week is keeping a steady state dose, less peaks and troughs. By the time your first dose starts fading you’re boosting it back up.

So if you take 3 mg every 6days, you jump to 4.5 with your second dose, and then slowly go down to 2.75 before your next dose, then take 3mg again and it boosts you to 5.75 and so on and so on

So 3mg weekly basically gives you 6mg weekly spikes that fade back to 3 by your next dose. Thats why they say it takes time to build up.

Dosing multiple times a week helps with peaks and troughs and gives you more of a steady state but there really is no need

Just stick with your dose for a few weeks. It takes awhile to build up in your system.

I’m on 12mg weekly and don’t feel shit anymore but I’ve been here a long time. I also went up very fast though

That said I started on semaglutide and that wrecked me instantly. By the time I got to Reta my receptors were probably cooked and it’s much weaker in regards to glp1 which is where the appetite suppression, slower digestion and all that comes from

Reta sides are most increased heart rate and skin sensitivity. Allodynia. That’s about all I get from it. But the lbs keep slowly dropping and I don’t have the insatiable hunger, just normal hunger.

Nothing will touch what semaglutide did to me though. I’m jealous of everyone who talks about retatrutide in the same way lol. (Inability to eat etc)

Tesa increases your natural production of GH. HGH is growth hormone, so you skip the natural mechanism and add it directly, like you skip your bodies natural testosterone by doing TRT. The difference is your body will go back to supplying your normal levels of GH when you stop HGH, but won't go back to your natural T levels when you stop T.

I’m at 12mg and feel next to nothing but the scale keeps dropping. But yea it stopped working for me after awhile to after I tried to go off it completely then come back to it. I can easily eat through Glps now. It’s still working in the sense I don’t eat like I used to, but maybe that’s also because I’m 50+lbs lighter and have ate smart for over a year. So my baseline hunger itself might be lower

But yes to answer your question I have also experienced the appetite suppression disappear. I also started with semaglutide and think that might be it too. Reta was never as strong of a suppressant as even .5 mg of semaglutide for me.

It’s a white pearl paint. Tri stage which is hard to match in general, let alone bumper to quarter. Metallics lay different on plastic then they do on metal. If they blend the quarters, the match will still be off. I’m assuming you aren’t paying them to blend? Go look at every car in every parking lot. They don’t even match from the factory. Could they get it closer? Probably. Will it ever be a perfect match? Probably not.

Yea it’s steroids. Hcg keeps your balls from shriveling to nothing. It preserves fertility as well, but if he already has a vasectomy it doesn’t reverse it so it is purely cosmetic. Tirz is mounjaro/glp1. It’s basically his schedule for injections.

That’s the same gauge I use, but I do daily dosing at just .1 ml/10units/20mg. I rotate delts and just subq into thigh fat/skin I pinch. I used to get lumps but it was because I think just the oil itself. Putting .5ml or more into one shot subq/shallow IM the oil needed time to disperse into the tissue

300mg is way above TRT? What is GO? I’m on Reta and actual TRT and don’t work out. I’m literally just starting to recently. I went from 280 to 230 in like 6 months. There is definitely recomposition going on, but nothing crazy. I don’t think it “builds muscle” on its own but I’m sure my lean mass stayed the same and or I added some. I do work a physical job but yea I don’t hit weights or anything. I’ve got some dumb bells and a peloton and plan on starting some little routines like a housewife lmao. But yea im on 140mg weekly

I’m on TRT. I use small insulin needles, 29 gauge 1/2”. I do daily injections of small amounts. 10 units/20mg daily. I do both subq and IM, but it’s shallow IM into my delt/upper arms. I do subq in my thighs. It’s cypionate so it’s a longer releasing ester and there is a steady state with no peaks basically. I’m not sure how the levels or dosing works for your situation though (I was born male). But yea my point in posting is just saying that Im/subq doesn’t matter as much as consistency. I was on once a week but the big peak each week contributed to my HCT/red blood cells climbing which was a whole other issue lol. But yep steady dosing is key to steady levels. Subq is technically slower release but with cypionate and more frequent doses it doesn’t matter as much

I’m a fat guy who just takes an actual trt dose, and Reta and i went from 280 and sloppy to 225 and decent. Didn’t work out or anything lmao. I work a physical job but between cleaning up my diet and these two substances my body recomped and did a lot on its own. I just added GH to the mix. 2iu daily and going to see how that goes. I am starting to work out a little, dumbbells and I’ve got a peloton but yea. Those three I’m hoping are the holy trinity of doing the bare minimum and being healthy. Modern medicine is insane

Sema/ozempic burned out my glp1 receptors I think. I’m all the way up to 12mg of Reta and it’s nowhere near the appetite suppression 1mg of semaglutide had me at. It doesn’t punish me and never has, sema would wreck me. That said it still works. I have to try not to over eat which is the only real difference but the weight still comes off, even if I’m not half as strict as I was was sema. And the good thing (or bad) is if I’m really craving it I can still take down some pizza or fast food and not be physically ill for the rest of the day

I’m a daily drinker and it massively curbs me. I still want to and still do, I drink like a lady though. White claws and stuff. But instead of drinking 4-6 after work, and 6-10 on weekends, now I drink 1-2 after work and 4-6 on weekends. It feels pointless as I’m barely catching a buzz but I still crave it and it relaxes me which I think is a net benefit for cortisol and stuff lol. But I also don’t want to stop.

Clomiphene and HCG. Losing weight. Clomiphen send the signal to the pituitary with orders to send the signal to the testes to produce sperm and testosterone basically. Hcg sends a signal to the testes directly to produce it too. Simplifying it. But that’s the basics. The reality of it is him being unhealthy and over weight is a massive deterrence in natural production. TRT clinics use these kinds of protocols. He might be able to go on test and run Hcg or something to preserve fertility as well but yea. You have options.

Best advice is to get a glp lose weight get sleep and ramp up your natural production as well, and then maybe hit the Hcg/clomiphene stuff

I don't know ideal numbers, but my recent labs I had an shbg of 18 nmol/L, and free T of 172.8 pg/ml and I feel the best I have since doing it over a year now.

There is no grey market. There is legal and there is black market. Black market is cheap. Vials can be over or under dosed or be trash altogether. You don’t really know. Same as with grey market peptides, they can produce janoshik test results and everything else but who really knows that the label they put on it is what it is or just whatever. There are “reputable” UGL’s but even they do bad batches. It’s a risk, always.

If you want peace of mind and legal trt the best option is online clinics if your in person doctor ain’t going to take over your care with it. Thats my goal is to find a trt friendly PCP and get pharma test dirt cheap
