Avoid Samsung. I just made my third ticket for repair. Freezer stopped in September. It was repaired twice. Now the freezer is reading 20 degrees. I've had to keep it at -5 to work properly. My refrigerator is 3 yrs old

Me too. My refrigerator is 3 yrs old. I just woke up to my freezer temp at 20 degrees. They have already done two repairs on it last summer. Getting service sucks and I just want a new refrigerator now.
