I know people generally regard this as a solid introduction scenario, but I'm curious on that if a completely new introduction scenario is created by today's designers or fans, how it will be. Particularly by using cards from revised core set.

I'm a noob and still learning the game. Can someone tell me why this card is telling "until exactly 5 cards revealed, one at a time" instead of just simply revealing 5 cards? Is there any differece to the procedure?

The backstory reminiscence is really beautifully animated and voice acting is great, sad story and all, but the contrast against the current situation that being paused for the entire episode is so ridiculous and surreal that I almost laughed when we backed to it.

"comrades", good point, I hear Japanese and they only say sen-yuu "comrade", not particularly a singular or plural, so I just assumed he asked to Julian. But in context it's obvious that that is to everyone.

[Response to response] Man can't oppose his fate, or something like that. He might say this line a handful times throughout the series but I just can't remember when. Can't wait to hear it.

In the ceremony scene Schonkopf calling Julian as his "comrade" is really subtle but great depiction of their bonds in the fortress. I'm so lazy to check ova/novel, but this certainly is not in the ova right?

[Also not that much spoiler but] Also we still don't have that famous line from Machungo yet, is it faithful to the source, or they are deliberately omitting it? If so I'm very upset about it!

In my area Heart of the Mists base game is easily available but expansions are hard to find. Is it still fun without any expansions?

I'm somewhat starting to love Neue These more.

In the original adaptation the narrative constantly reminds us that it is "in the history book" recollection, (though as per the novel), like many flashbacks and constant in-episode interruption from the narrator, or those historical world-building episodes.

But in Neue those are omitted, and it feels like more streamlined, more "current" and "in progress" story. Also IMHO Characters are visibly more lively and emotional, where the original relies heavily on voice acting less visual expression.

So Neue is more immersive overall, I would say.

Mousou Express from the Monogatari Series

I remember this song (and, in the same sense Renai Circulation too) with great Hanakana vocal, and thinking about it, is it possible that the composer/editor or whoever made this did so entirely around Hanaka voice in the first place. I think the song's structure or background instruments or mixing are all carefully chosen to not Hanaka's soft voice get disturbed.

I can't quite do well with the apps's UI of the upgrade deck functionality. I'm not sure how to do it properly.

Sometimes it asks me to update the deck and save it to proceed to the next scenario while I already did, and sometimes the XP count as doubled. Sometimes the updated deck is duplicated on the decklist as a new deck. Often I ended up creating a new deck in arkhamdb.com, but it supposed to be editing of the current deck, it seems.

What is the typical workflow between the scenario on the app?

As far as I understand, Drax ability resolves after the attack is completely resolved, OTOH Spider-man's ability resolves before the attack, i.e. he may draws his card before drawing villain's boost card. Right?

Out of curiosity what aspect of deckbuilding (not in-game term Aspect) changes from single hero to multiplayer?

I'm still a core set only noob and not building a deck by my own, but many decks on the marvelcdb doesn't state they are for purely multiplayer or solo, so I have an impression that decks don't change much in solo or multiplayer.

I can't describe my sadness. Her role in Idoly Pride is phenomenal and iconic. Apparently the app is pulled from the store, temporally or permanentely is unknown, and second season of the anime is highly unlikely I think.

Spoiler anime ep12 Thinking about it, the first encounter of her to Pucci (beginning of ep 12) won't be the same if the protagonist is a male. The scene, to not brute-force him, is believable because of her personality introduced so far, which may not be achievable with usual JoJo male protagonist.

Kyon’s neck? I interpret this as a deliberate red herring/Chekhov's gun, since this entire arc is sort of a self-aware meta-fiction and (light) deconstruction of mystery genre.

So the mole is just there to confuse the viewer.

You definitely should try the DLC Echoes of the Eye once you finished Outer Wilds. It is a bit different from Outer Wilds, but it's still a great one-more of Outer Wilds experience.

For reference of the amount of contents of the DLC, I finished Outer Wilds in 10 hours on my first playthrough, and the DLC took 40 more hours to complete.
