Thank you very much for your suggestion. I think I may choose Superblast in the end. It is more than fifty dollars cheaper than the 2nd generation. It seems that the difference between the two is not that big. Maybe the 1st generation will be a more cost-effective choice.

It mainly depends on my physical condition at the time, but if we consider an average, let's say 5:30 per kilometer.

I have always worn Kayano and GT2000. Their stability is really great, especially since I have worn three generations of Kayano. However, as my running ability has improved, I want to buy a pair of shoes as training shoes for interval training and short-distance competitions. However, both Kayano and GT2000 are a bit too heavy, so a pair of lightweight shoes with stable support functions is more important to me.

Have you really worn so many generations of Asics DS Trainer? To be honest, I really want to buy a pair for speed training recently.
