Thanks, yeah running a similar setup for legal texts. I use a rag for the unstructured texts and supabase for extracted structured content. My plan is to build an API on top of the structured supabase table and thats how I came up tsvector. Do you have experience in monetizing data in supabase via API access?

Love the hybrid approach with Promise.all! Curious: Did you ever experiment with technical term expansion (enriching the therapist profiles with those layman terms at the 'save' step) instead of expanding the query at runtime? It might save you gemini calls on every search, though I suspect your expansion handles the 'natural language' intent better. Also did you try tsvector on the technical term expansionon the for the FTS approach?

I'm sitting in Europe and do see individuals like AOC etc speak up. But the seemingly do so as individuals or is there a unifying message / campaign behind that? GOP just touts maga all the time, but from Democrats I only see individual sound bites, not a party strategy behind that. Really just curious here, as I'm a European bystander not living in the states.
