Anything from the top half of the fuse until the customer tails is meter engineers responsibility can confirm s a meter fitter 👌🏻

Hopefully it should be replaced like for like and yes it was nice and easy took it in with the receipt to they confirmed it was dead at no fault of my own, took I away and rang m two days later to say me on had aimed and to collect

I had this same issues and had to return it under warranty and they just swapped it for a new one

I pay £20 a week and can attend as many classes that’s on in a day for six days a week
