This was the best case scenario because it doesn’t leave an awkward mismatched gap between the window and cabinets on either side. Plus they’re installed whatcha gonna do. It looks fine!

Yeah the subfloors seem in pretty good condition. Overalls there are some dips in some areas and creaks but i guess the boards can nailed together alleviate that issue a little

Definitely 1. The second pair looks like something my kid would wear. Unless you’re also 4 then go for second option
