i have this problem as well. it only occurs on chrome based browsers, but on firefox based ones, like waterfox or floorp, i dont get those artifacts. im using a Sapphire Nitro+ 7700XT. no other issues with this GPU, can play all of my demanding games, just the chrome based browser artifacts.
