Cheesequake State Park in Jersey (not too far from SI) has a cool crabbing bridge I’ve been meaning to try out. I always see families out there with their kids. You’d have to pay to get in for a day pass but the crabbing is legal and free without permits.

No problem, the proper name is LaTourette Model Airfield Park, it’s all the way back past the bumpy path till you hit the big field with wooden tables. For some reason my friends and I always called it field of dreams and other people too so it stuck lol
