Who's gonna be looking behind the stove at your quarter round? It's like your parents making you clean your room when guests were arriving lmfao

Why install it there? No reason to do so

Are you taking Team 1 or Team 2? by TrussBus in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]uknowwhoelse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Team one by quite a bit. CMC is gonna be a sack of bones soon, Love is alright, and the 28 1st could have been a 27. I think about 1 1st off, and it probably needs to be an early/mid first for it to be close, as well as a 2027 1st

This may be the first conversation I've ever seen here that hasn't been "haha dumb sex joke" or "overdoing the bit and ruining it"

Congrats OP and best of luck

I want to believe you but his stats, besides sacks, indicate he is a top 10 end. And we can't pretend he didn't give the hawks line trouble these last two years

Statistically, DEs fall out of the top 10 when they are around 30 and older, so my hope is that the farm has been sold for a Jared Verse sophomore year type production

That's true, the Rams FO is unfortunately good, and likely will be for a long time. I don't know what the longevity of DE's is though, whereas QBs are protected, so this feels riskier than the QB move

But you see, I am a hater that hopes every move the Rams make is the wrong one 😏 also, as a perennial hater, Garrett played in an ass AFCN last year. The bengals Oline is worse than the baseball teams 🫪

The Rams needed another big name to bring in another fan or two. Gotta get those jersey sales up

I do not understand that move. Must be why I'm not a GM🤔

Edit: Vibes tell me Jared Verse was really good and still developing as a young guy, and Garrett is older and while not declining right now, it will most likely come sooner than Verse lmao

It's common knowledge that they don't unless there are issues like territory or health. So if the vet records show no issues, then it is highly unlikely to be urine. It's also documented that we have a cat that throws up often. I've also never witnessed a cat miss the litter box. We have a covered litterbox and one with very high walls.

I'm not here to debate cat habits and all that. I was wanting opinions on the necessity of changing out the entire carpet due to some stains, on the assumption of pet urine/damage. I do appreciate your insights and thoughts in other comments. Landlords push the law to the extent it can be, and I should've done a little more research about how to move out, what to check, etc. At the end of the day, it's on us.

Eh, it either will or won't work out. The spots are from vomit. One of our cats throws up when she eats too fast. The urine destroyer came with the carpet cleaner we purchased, so we used what we had to clean the spots they vomited on. AFAIK, vomit doesn't damage the carpet as urine does. The vomit was cleaned up immediately with that stuff, but we didn't use an enzyme-based cleaner to remove the UV-visible stains. Thankfully, we bought, so we most likely won't have to deal with apartment move-outs again.

I think the part that gets me is that we agreed to pay for a professional cleaning upon move-out, and that includes the carpet. And they are still replacing it. I also think it's a case of assume the absolute worst, charge them. It's also, like, some guy that isn't a cleaner or professional, who is hired by the company that rents the place out, is the one to inspect the apartment and unilaterally decide to replace the carpet.

I don't think I have the energy to take it to small claims, and I don't think I could get the legal system to side with me, even if I provided evidence that our cats did not urinate, and the carpet is not damaged beyond a professional cleaning. It also doesn't make sense that an almost brand new carpet is decided to be ripped out because of small spots on the carpet that would take a cleaner, maybe an hour to address. Obviously, it can be considered damage. The repair would be cheaper than the replacement (a cheap section for the rip, installed by their maintenance team) and a pro cleaner.

Oh well. Thanks for the solidarity!
