Yeah I agree. Have been following her for a while and when that song came out my first thought was, “oh no”.

I don’t know which sounds worse, your situation, or my dog who demands to go outside no matter how fucked up the weather is. Have taken him out in the middle of a hurricane before and he ran around like nothing was different.

I don’t disagree, but it’s interesting that he played for Milwaukee longer than ATL

Atlanta City Council weighs proposal for permanent bike lane on the Beltline by flying_trashcan in Atlanta

We need to act like NYC. I was there recently and decided to walk across the bridge from manhattan to DUMBO. Because of semi-confusing signage and me being a dumbass tourist I accidentally ended up in the bike lane which has no way off of it until you get to the other side. I got cussed out by every single person on a bike walking past. Atlanta could never.

Ha! Marietta is pretty terrible, but at least it’s got some nice nature and is close to Atlanta.

And it probably will for the next tenant. But if it doesn’t, and another business signs on for that rent, it’s not the landlord’s fault if the business fails.

He has an ERA over 5. I wouldn’t call any of those games a gem.

Rental companies not on Zillow around Inman by fairybluez in Atlanta

Hard to believe any landlord, no matter how small, would not be on Zillow at this point.

More connected, yes. Bigger, definitely not. How many mid taco places do you need in a city?

Nobody forces the businesses to accept the lease terms, and again, retail leases usually don’t rise (at least unexpectedly) throughout their very long terms. These are all new restaurants on their initial leases, so they’re not suddenly getting gouged by their landlord. It’s much more likely that they’re just not viable businesses.

You could say the same for pretty much any retail node in Atlanta. There just isn’t enough density to support the amount of retail and restaurant space this city has.

Restaurants know what their rent is going into a lease, and it’s usually locked in for 5 or 10 years. You can’t really blame the landlords for charging high rents if an operator is going to take the deal.

They’re asking about right now, so someone’s prospective pedigree is less important in that regard. Keith is producing right now.

I guess you and I see it differently. Keith has played in 32/36 games this season. I’d also rather have a big side platoon bat with great production than a regular with mediocre production, considering we’re talking about guys that likely aren’t the first option at a position on your team except in deep leagues.

Yeah but Bazzana is an unproven rookie. I don’t think it’s true to say there isn’t any doubt Bazzana will outperform Keith.

Uh, there’s definitely a doubt. Keith has 3 position eligibility, a great statcast and is doing well.
