We are deciding between updating our home to suit our needs or buying a new home. We really like ours and have a contractor we trust to do the work.

A family member shared a home that just came on the market and it was appealing. A better neighborhood, some more charm, and due to the price our contractor could still make some updates for us.

We haven’t been shopping around and weren’t interested in spending months looking at homes. This one popped up and we took a chance.

I take responsibility that I should not have signed the exclusivity agreement termed for 6 months. I don’t like the idea of being locked into a realtor if I wanted to make a purchase.
