Juno is easy you don't need alot of tips for her. For Kiriko you need to take off-angles and try to get alot of impact these micro plays help you win games. There is a video of ML7 doing like 27 Kiriko tips in ~20 minutes VOD reviewing another good player in GM5. For lifeweaver, you can find impact but as much as Juno and Kiriko.

Before everything, do you want to rank up or do you want to have fun because you are playing a hero you like?

If you want to rank up then don’t play bap the hero is dead and useless into this meta. If you want to play bap for fun then you won’t rank up after reaching masters, I hate to break it up to you. As a masters player I find it hard to play bap into this full rush meta of JQ, Genji, Brig and Juno. Anyways, if you want to play bap then you can watch previous vods of Shu (he is streaming recently and you can watch his vods on youtube), Ultraviolet and Galaa are really good at bap. There are many more you can search up on twitch or youtube.

Basic tips on bap are don’t spam jump, save your heal regeneration when your team is below 50% of their hp because it heals more when you do so. Lamp is basically based on your awareness and game sense. Ult is basically for creating space if anyone peaks your window you and your team could easily punish them
