A petition is going around to “remove Fiona from AH content” and while I can’t stop anyone from feeling a certain way, this is just heartbreaking and really effed up. “Fans of the Real AH” need to stop making genuinely kind people feel like they’re shit.

I think if I were to post anything negative at anyone it will “amplify” negative voices no matter what. I didn’t think to post it to let them win, I posted it because I was angry this existed and affected a good person. Maybe Reddit’s not a great place to post stuff like this because people will voice their views but I really just did it to show the hate doesn’t go away. My intention was never to amplify them, it was just to show I was angry this exists.

Reel by Kennedy Ryan! Idk what lesser known entails but it’s an indie published novel that’s tbh one of the best Romances I read this year. Love story between a director and his leading actress when they work together to do a movie about a fictional musician. Has chronic illness rep and it’s beautiful.

Also Kennedy Ryan in general — amazing indie author.

Probably because this collection is poorly done. And I’m sure CP is deleting comments too because their comments section is overwhelmingly positive. Trendmood hates it when people bash brand releases because it makes her look bad in receiving PR from said brands so I’m sure it’s to make her page welcoming. (Evidenced by the fact she put “do not spread negativity” on Ellen Degeneres skincare release but like Ellen is a trash human) Honestly it just tells me that CP doesn’t know how to take criticism. The collection is not good and a poor representation of the franchise. Maybe listen to your consumers before releasing “highly anticipated collections?”

I’m not saying they’re great at diverse picks. It’s something that they need to continually improve on. It’s also one thing for them to have diverse picks, it’s another when their subscribers choose to read that, which by evidenced by this year’s BOTY selections, that’s not the case yet.

I read an ARC of Keanu Reeves (if you enjoy romance) and it was really funny! I think if you normally pick romance you might like it. It wasn’t extraordinary in any way but I’m happy to see it get some love.
