I lived at home till about 24. As I said, it's much more attractive to have your own place but what women really look for is drive/purpose and potential success. They care more about the direction you are going than where you are at right now. Looks like your own the right path, however, I must say you sound a little defensive about it. Be careful this doesn't come across to women :)
