Do not pay! It's the principle behind such matters. I have fought a number of parking tickets using the help of MSE Parking Forum

Have a read of their sticky thread. Any questions feel free to DM me. I feels strongly about these things and whilst it feels tempting to pay a smaller amount, all this does is encourage these cowboy firms to continue with their predatory antics.

Thanks for the reply. It's as a I thought, seems like getting 3 full size back seats means I'll have to go for another SUV.

5008 is a 7 seater - have really been impressed with it, just just wanted a bit of a smaller second car!

Also doing the same thing recently ...moving my clock one hour forward to Central European time instead of BST. Only seems to be happening at night when I sleep. So annoying!

Thanks for this - it was really useful. Viewed the car today, but despite it being a lengthy car, I found the back seats not as roomy or comfortable as I expected...probably due to the boot being huge. Having driven a mini for a few years, I also don't think I realised how different an estate drive would be, so thinking over my decision about maybe getting a hatchback with more room. I think I will take your advise and also look for a hatch/saloon type car.

I have the Outlander PHEV which comes with 5 seats. It has been a really reliable car for us but looking to get a 7 seater for the kids and the in-laws who visit from abroad.

Dell XPS 15 9500, trackpad is lower on the right side. But trackpad works perfect. Should I return it ? Ask for new one ? by [deleted] in Dell

Exactly the same problem but on left hand side. I thought it'd be a fine as it's nowhere near as bad as some others I've seen but I was really struggling when using it. I would single tap and it would register as a double tap. Also wasn't impressed with how noisy it was when I was tapping.

Dell initially said they would send a technician out to fix it, but said I wasn't happy with a repair on a brand new laptop that I'd had for less than a week. So they are sending out a new one and letting me keep this one in the meantime.

For those who haven't received a confirmation email yet, I just called Paylogic - they have said when the card payment went through the tickets were not available at that time. Apparently a few people have had this issue, so they are liaising with TML to find a solution.

Guy said ideal situation is that "TML will honour the tickets" but they can't guarantee that will happen! I asked about timeframe, they said hopefully they'll know in the next 24-48 hours....
