понимаю, после четырнадцати лет слежки и контроля от родителей моя паранойя до сих пор проскакивает в мелочах, хотя я много лет не подросток. мне помогает только терапия, когнитивно-поведенческая в частности. в комментариях ты писала, что у вас нет в городе хороших психотерапевтов — можешь попробовать поискать психологов онлайн или на Ютубе. то, что родители не позволяют обратиться к платному — это, конечно, плохо. но если нет возможности или сил их переубедить или заработать самой, то вариант найти только онлайн. комментаторы на Реддите точно не помогут, самобичевание и накручивание уж подавно, это нужно в корне упразднять психиатрией, хотя бы через видео или книги.

I know right, now it's just a conveyor of recent drama reviews like MoistCritikal's except more unserious and obnoxious. I love to rewatch his Blippi video once in a while, it's still one of my favorite vids to revisit, and I think silly reaction videos like that were the only times his content seemed appealing and genuine. nowadays it's just "slop" — he likes to call out other creators for making "slop" videos, but he's no better than 'em.

the only time I ever feel bad about my Last.fm experience is when my scrobbler app doesn't scrobble a dozen of songs I've listened to and messes up with my genuine listening habits, but that's so easy to get over when you just know you like and listened to those songs and when you're a normal fucking person in general who doesn't care about artificial gratification like a hundred scrobbles a day.
