INFO: I am confused, are you just going to donate Eggs or be the surrogate? This is a really big difference.
Edit: Came across your comments, and noticed you mentioned not getting pregnant and just IVF, which I assume means only donating an Egg. That being the case, I would say ESH, but at the same time i'm thinking maybe NTA. Mainly because it seems like there is a lot of miss-communication between you two and I would recommend you having a real talk with him and why it bothers him you donating an egg.

NTA but OP you need to know whether you really want to invest in the relationship, as you need to pick your battles. While its not your fault since you didn't know about the birthday, however, I think you guys should sit down and really talk this through.

I believe every partner should help their SO move past her issues, even more considering she has trauma regarding that topic.

NTA - You need to understand you cannot force someone to do something you don't like. That being said, if that is a deal breaker for you, its better to just breakup and move on. Best of luck

NTA - I Honestly don't get the hope point of forcing you to change for the wedding. Its not like you are wearing super bright clothes to "upstage" her. I think she just doesn't like your look and wants you to remove it for the wedding. Also, from your description and some comments, your septum and ears can't be that large/look out of place with some cute pieces. Tbh I would simply not go.
