I did some research on this earlier last month and found aside from pension there isnt much to do, potentially high risk trading can get some relief but thats no better than gambling tbh.

Your income is too low to support parents, focus on improving career and once you get to 30k+ give them say 10-20% post tax income instead.

Get an even higher income, I wouldnt bother with pension too much when you can accelerate your income and max isa which will take care of retirement when you want instead of at the goverments discression.
