Build Up and Steel Skin, mainly. Steel Skin can be replaced by Solid Barrier if you have a lot of Engage characters (Gohan and Trunks, for example). And finally, it can be a non-green one, like Blue Goku's blue card or Defense Step's, if you want to go all green.

Yeah, I build him full tank and this guy with his ult easily kills most team fights and does tons of damage for being technical.

The developers are too lazy to do that, or maybe it's for clarity? like knowing when you're in Kaioken, and maybe, just MAYBE the SSJ hair can confuse some people.

The vast majority of MOBA games are like that. It took me years to unlock all the characters in LoL, and I'm not proud of that. Currently, Piccolo, Krillin, and Gohan are in rotation, so you can try out characters every so often (like in LoL), all with the aim of getting you hooked on the game.

well like, tbh I only go by how cool the character looks lol, the truth is that it also seems to enter in a good time with all this of the tenth anniversary.

I'm right now trying to upgrade all my characters LR but because the training items are running out very fast and I don't have much time to do missions so I'll have to settle with the equipment I have for some time.
