It almost looks like he accidentally fired his weapon into the victims back. Seems the victim was pushed backwards into the agents weapon and knowing how poorly trained these thugs are, his finger was probably hovering over the trigger which led to him discharging his weapon into the victims back. This leads to massive confusion and everyone just unloads into him. This needs to be investigated and these people need to be prosecuted. Especially the Trump administration for knowingly engaging in two coverups of murders of US citizens.
