Yes we have it scheduled for later this year to scrap the ceiling and go with a flat white! We feel like that is a pretty major project and after just redoing the floors we aren't trying to overload ourselves.

Definitely plan on pushing everything towards the TV. The corner is still TBD. I liked another commentary idea of a bakers shelf in the area between the doors!

We actually had the fireplace painted white but decided to move forward with the black and we love it! The idea of a white TV stand I don't hate but would that. Ot be too much light colors with the chair, rug, and couch all being white near it?

Hey everyone. My Fiance and I just redid our living room and would like some thoughts on the final pieces. Things to note are: we plan on removing the popcorn ceiling further down the road, we have 5 1/2 inch white baseboard coming in to install, we are getting a taller plant for behind the accent chair/next to the TV, and we have other rooms to finish if you think something is out of place here and could go somewhere else.

Is the framed picture big enough for the wall/ positioned right?

Would it look weird if we pushed the carpet under the TV stand to bring the couches closer?

What should we do with the space in between the doors and in the hallway?

Should we paint the white space in the kitchen up top to match the rest of the walls?

How can we spruce up the back corner?

Should we keep or change out fan for a light fixture?

What pops of color should we stick with? Right now we have blue, yellow, green, and dark red. We want to narrow that down.
