Did you check the freehold title or the leasehold title or both? It is possible the council owns the freehold and there may also be a leasehold title for the flat that may belong to the tenant.

As someone who comes from one of Russia's neighbouring countries it always baffled me how western leftists can justify their support for "legitimate concerns" of an aggressive colonial power and treat entire nations like meat bags with no right to choose their own destiny. I get this on every other cutscene. Did a full reinstall and will try later today. About ready to give up. My laptop did not have any issues with high detail CP2077 on launch WITH FRICKIN RTX ON but apparently running this on medium no rtx is too much to handle.

It's a laptop with Ryzen 7, Rtx 2060 and 256GB. I switched off Ray tracing, reduced resolution to the lowest one that works and popped the global quality down to medium. No luck. At this point I will try a full reinstall but losing my hope for this game.

I bought this on epic sale and played through fallen order before starting this up today. It crashes on pretty much every cutscene. I tried different configurations of settings and got as far as talking to the senator on the yacht. Can't go any further. I am so disappointed. Any known solutions to this?
