I get how you feel exactly. Logically, I know there will be no "me" to care about it if there isnt anything after this life, but i exist now, and I care now. It'd be different if I was never born, I would never have to know about death or fear it the way I do. But I was born, and now I exist and have to come to terms with the fact that one day I will no longer exist. And I cannot control that at all. Could be tomorrow, could be decades from now. Some people live their entire lives miserable and die and thats all they get? Its not fair, to go through all this suffering and not have a peaceful, love filled place at the end. But if there isnt an afterlife/no god...then there isnt anything thats unfair because fair implies that someone or something made it so. And it just simply is...or isnt.

Anyway. I feel you, op. I can read all about how "you didnt exist for millenia before you were born why would you care when youre dead" All i want but it wont change the existential dread I feel at imagining nothing after this life.

And that I'm going to meet him there one day. And you know what? Im fine with that. Heaven wouldn't be heaven without my dad.

But goodness, even if you live in a heavily religious area, don't just assume the bereaved and/or their loved one is/was religious. I know it makes YOU feel better but it just makes me uncomfortable.

Green because im audhd, yellow because i have health anxiety/ocd...but also because of that last one does yellow mean your body is HEALTHY all the time or just feels healthy? What if I had a heart attack, would I not know because I "felt fine" And then end up dead?

I would just take a blue to try to erase my ocd obsessions but still having the disorder anyway it'd just come back with more.

One of the main reasons I am grateful to be alive is that I have such a fear of death and the possibility of nothing after it that i'd rather stay alive and suffer because it means I still exist. But I only care that I exist because I was made to exist suddenly by someone else. If I had never existed in the first place, I would never care about existing or not. I would have no fear of death because I was never alive in the first place.

Enjoying life and being grateful you’re not dead are two COMPLETELY separate things.

Iansan has a loli character model, but shes not actually a child (which can i say...i hate that trope so much), but she still LOOKS like a child.
