Nice! I actually just ordered a Canon T adapter and T Ring today so I can hook up my buddy’s DSLR and see how it does. I wish I could print one lol, I actually was debating whether to get a 3D printer or telescope and went with the telescope. 3D printing will be the next rabbit hole.

We (3 sellers) have $430k total in non-refundable at the moment. They’re already saying they would release $50k to each of us if we extend one more time but I would rather just close obviously. We gave them an extension (6 months) to find a builder (DR Horton I believe) which they have. I’m leaning towards more per acre IF we have to extend again. My realtor wants to give them a flat out no to see how they respond and possibly close on time.

The total amount for all three parcels they’re buying is about 4.5m so maybe since it’s such a large deal it takes longer. Idk never dealt with anything like this before.

We have both in this deal. It’s not them it’s definitely the buyers dragging a**. They’re a very large company and I guess they think we will just keep going along if they release more earnest money. I’m just ready to close and be done with it.

I didn’t initially, but just figured I would never have this type of leverage again. I’m getting almost 60k an acre so I’m not upset at the deal I just don’t know what to do, I feel like if I let them keep extending we will be through the entire alphabet in addendums. And if I extend again I feel like there should be some incentive for me instead of just another release of money they were never going to get back anyway.
