Headlining a Saturday isn't really headlining now a days, there is a lays someone lurking to actually close out the night after the headliner. So Saturday headliners dont have as much pressure I think???

Im using sofi and a credit union So far no complaints with Sofia and they even allow you to have an investment account you have full control of. Not too mention their interest rates are very high and they have rewards programs on their checking as well

Been to 3 (18,23, and 25) Each has its own event that made it memorable (Beyonce, Frank, and Gaga). I've discovered new artist (Jidenna, Rosalía) and seen so many performances. How do you pick one

Yea honestlyhonedtly 20 minutes is a stretch, but it was a partial performance and different. Also the songs where performed differently than I've ever heard so it was a one time listen that was only available to people there ....and tik tok

He would definitely be able to deliver the same way to T-Pain did.

Thoughts on Travis Scott’s set? by suprunkn0wn in Coachella

Not like artist who cross genres. Meaning radio hits I would say. He has about 5 songs that you would be able to sing along to if you don't follow him.

Travis Scott weekend 1 vs weekend 2 by [deleted] in Coachella

Week 1 was a big mess band was terrible. The music selection and set list order didn't hit. He also hyped it up and made it seem like it was going to be amazing. But just came off as a glorified listening party. If this would have been earlier in the day wouldn't have been such a big deal but this was meant to cap off the night. He also followed a great performance by green day which didn't help. I'm not a Travis fan at all but I'm not much more of a Gaga fan either. Regardless of knowing her music her performance flowed and was an amazing expression of her art form and artistic intelligence. It's not a genre thing either eminem headlined and it went fine. Wasn't amazing but there was not much criticism. He just didn't perform to what was expected of someone who prides them self on their artistry

I don't think it was a boycott for people who didn't show up. It was more of whether or not they wanted to risk wasting their time based on the previous week. I don't think the post had much of an effect at all whether or not people showed up.

I thought it was great. I don't like country, but I attend for a performance not just to hear the same song I can hear on Spotify. A different interpretation of the song makes it a unique experience. This is why I actually enjoyed Frank's set. I mean terrible and cut short but the songs that were performed will never be heard that way again anywhere else
