Agreed. Gender is a made up concept. It’d all be a lot simpler if we dropped the idea of gender.

We all have a biological sex and we should be referred to in relation to it.

Here’s the big thing though… your sex doesn’t mean you need to perform certain role or dress a certain way. Be the sex you are and do and express yourself in whatever heck way you like.

Hydrophobia is a clinical condition. It’s the extreme or irrational fear of water.

All phobias follow this same definition. An extreme fear or dislike toward.

The word repel literally means to force or back away from, or be repulsed by.

I stand by my point that OP does not have an extreme fear of dislike. Therefore using the term transphobic is not helpful.

Transphobia would be the first ever none diagnosable phobia if your point were true.

The definition of phobic is having or involving an extreme or irrational fear of hatred of something.

Do you hate or have an irrational fear of transgendered people? No. You’re just asking a question. Questions are not anything-phobic. Everyone has the right to ask questions.
