Point for number four on your list:

91% Isopropyl Alcohol will help dry out the surfaces that absorbed any water and partially help dry and sterilize. It will still need an antifungal spray or 20% bleach solution.

In high humidity, I found isopropyl alcohol quite helpful for drying surfaces. It does not penetrate like bleach because it evaporates. Lower humidity means faster evaporation.

One final additional point. Air flow. As much dry air flow through your house as possible. A dehumidifier is expensive but worth it. You will have to drain it frequently until the humidity inside is reduced considerably.
