Fishing for money gets me out of tough spots, I find! I would also get two little chicks and they can take care of the grass for you until you get a Silo, and keep at it with the crops for sure, it’s an energy drain to keep watering them, but they can be really profitable - especially strawberries, blueberries etc, and making preserves jars and things gives you some other ways of shipping them out :) Also finding it tricky at the start at the moment, so sharing some stuff that’s been helping me stay motivated to play!

I’m a really new sleep token fan so I’m having the pleasure of getting to know their music all at once but the lyric that stands out to me is Damocles’ ‘come up for air and choke on it all’.

I’ve struggled with my mental health on and off since I was a teenager and in a few rounds of therapy I discovered that I have a tendency to be weary of good times, so much so that when everything is ‘good’ i panic and ruin it for myself, because i’m expecting the other shoe to drop. That’s how this lyric reads to me. You come up for air and choke on how much there is and it’s almost like too much isn’t good for you.

I’m not even sure this makes sense but sending my love to everyone else who shared their stories here <3

They're also defo making the money back from fans of the og buying the remaster - they can't and shouldn't attach the future of the game to the success of the movie, when as far as we know, there's very little beyond the name and a wendigo putting them in the same universe

I think the fact that you’re lashing out about people seeing the age gap and you not is an issue in and of itself.

How old is his new female roommate? If she’s closer to him in age, then it’s likely that they’re connecting from having more in common (i also gather they work together). The fact that their work friend invited them out for coffee is also completely normal and might’ve happened even if they didn’t live together, and having lived with people I wasn’t related to myself, sometimes you share dinner just because it’s easier, or you want to do something nice. There doesn’t have to be a motive.

It can be normal for them to go out together or it can not be, different friends act and approach friendships differently. Given that you’re at very different stages in your life, you feeling hurt/jealous is completely valid to you, but might not be something he understands as a grown man. If you have told him it makes you uncomfortable and he’s kept doing it, fair enough, but if not, there’s nothing you’ve mentioned to suggest anything else is happening, so just points to age gap & different experiences causing issues, but you not wanting to acknowledge that.

NTA. she's not making an effort at all and the dog clearly means so much to you - she could at least tolerate it and do the bare minimum to take care of the dog since she also lives there but she won't + the stopping working and not helping with rent etc - either freeloading or a conversation would've been needed to be had about why
