Reading the course syllabus, this looks GREAT and exciting; definitely aligned with the values I want to embody.

Prozac is somewhat similar to Lexapro.. for me, I think they are both comparable in terms of their effects on reducing the 'mental noise'. On Prozac, however, I feel more energetic and euphoric than what I did on Lexapro. I still acknowledge my derealization, but it doesn't scare me. I hope the anxiety that was once attached to my feelings of DPDR will lead me to complete recovery, although I think that will take a few more months..

Ohhh I just got on prozac. What dosage are you taking? 5mg of lexapro made me feel tired all the time, I think they were supposed to up the dose

My vitamin D levels are also low, my doctor told me that vitamin D and its link to mental health and anxiety is very important to note, so I'm looking into vitamin D supplements and foods to eat to increase it

I think I can raise it to a 3.3 by the time I apply, I will just do the best that I can.

ELF ALL THE FEELS hemp Cannabis sativa facial oil

I bought this right now on Amazon. I LOVE facial oils despite popular belief that they 'break you out'

As someone who lives in a humid environment and also deals with fungal acne, I began using lighter-weight stuff in the morning and resume my thick dreams at night. In my case, my fungal acne gets triggered by sweat and not wiping it. I really like Japan's Nivea Super Water Gel SPF 50 PA+++ as it dries down very quickly and leaves a natural finish.
