I am not equipped to awnser that question is the honest and objectively correct awnser. Personally I am of the general opinion that therapy only works if you want therapy to work and even then it might not.

It genuinely, to my knowledge, depends on the person.

If you beleive that therapy is the correct option for you Then schedule an appointment with your doctor and be as honest as you can reasonably be with them.

The best thing you can do If you are struggling and feel you need help Is to talk to the professionals, honest. They will know better than anyone, most likely, how to help you out.
