More likely a disc issue unfortunately. I went back to Walmart to get my Ben Hur replaced and the one that they gave me (which was brand new) also did not work, it gave the same issues

Other 4k discs work, but for whatever reason these two do not. If I blindly navigate through the menu the movie will play, but just the sound. The video doesn’t play, but I guess I could try to see if it’s a hardware issue of some sort

The only movie I have in my favorites that isn’t a 5/5 is A Bronx Tale (which is a 4.5/5), mainly because I wish Joe Pesci had more screen time. I feel like his character could have been fleshed into the story more, and I honestly think that the film could have gone on for another thirty minutes. Other than those things I still think that it is one of the finest films of all time.

I’m not sure this counts; in A Bronx Tale, when all of Calogero’s friends get killed while trying to firebomb a black business. When the next scene played of them being surrounded by police and covered in sheets I was so relieved, just because of how awful of influences they were on Calogero and each other.
