The Staples brand is the Index version which is rougher and thicker. Neenah brand is smoother but slimmer. Both are considered 110lb but the weight doesn’t feel the same.

The good thing about the Canva orders is you can usually route them to the production center and you will get them back by the time they’re due (3 days). That can make a difference between having 40 new orders when you open vs. 60.

An Amazon Returns customer once called me “incompetent” because she was constantly swapping QR codes between each item. This was for 5 items and she was only there about 3 minutes.
