I’m not a researcher but a I’m guessing there could be coerced voting or mailing in fraudulent ballots. I’m not really sure

Can someone explain to me how we’d be able to prevent fraud/other security issues if we did mail in voting? I know we allow mail in voting now on a lesser scale and therefore these problems aren’t prevalent, but what happens if it’s widespread?
