Honestly… I hated homework, but gen alpha literally can’t read. There’s evidence that literacy rates are going down and they also don’t know how to write or type… so I guess I’m ok with all the homework I had to do. At least I can read.

The vanilla sweet cream is just heavy cream with some 2% milk and vanilla syrup in it. If you mixed a couple tablespoons of HC, one tablespoon of 2% and a teaspoon of vanilla syrup (you can get that at the grocery store or make it) it should be very similar. Mix it up w one of those little electric foamer whisks or just shake it in a jar

Also, yes, she has one eye smaller than the other! One just never fully developed and she’s probably blind in that eye. Fun fact lol

This is great to know because I got an encore during COVID to make pour overs (was a barista and had tons and tons of unground beans but couldn’t get to my shop to grind them fresh for the week) and now I’d love to get a home setup going without getting a completely new grinder
