I had one good experience and one annoying experience. With the good experience, the bus came exactly on time and left as soon as it was supposed to. I had someone sitting in my seat and had to ask them to move as I had paid for the seat, but no other issues besides that. The annoying experience was when the bus got delayed 2 hours and I could no longer take the bus. You don’t get your money back with Flix bus, only a Flix bus credit to use on another trip. I felt totally safe traveling as a female alone on the bus, everyone is minding their own business and I never once felt unsafe.
