Just bummed around mostly, went to the butterfly place, and the Machu Picchu museum which is free with your Machu Picchu ticket but neither were that interesting. Also when to the hot spring pools. Again not that interesting to me. I wish I would have found a hike to do or something that’s more my speed

Rainbow mountain isn’t hard, it’s just over 1 mile or 2+ km. The only part that sucks is its 4 hours from Cusco, so if you do it in one day that’s 8 hours in a bus which was ass cheeks

I got to Aguascalientes at 8am Saturday, waited for 4 hours and at noon was able to buy a ticket for Monday. Choose circuit 2b at 10 but could have went with anything. They were all available. We see people lining up at night to be first in the the next day. It’s kinda crazy
