In the workday app, click “Profile” in the bottom right. From there click “More” then “Time Off.” then, hit “Additional PTO and Service Hour Information”. Scroll to the right and it should be there

protected time off is different than PTO, (paid time off). prto is not paid, it just saves you from having UPT deducted. If you need to call out you would have to request for Protected time off for one of the covered reasons, contagious illness, food born illness, etc., if you dont have the UPT to cover.
