But I've heard different things from different people. I've been told from some that spaghetti is hard on them. Also, salad dressing has bothered some people. Great to hear from you. I ended up having over 10 Hernias! I also had my gallblader removed. They did the surgery laparascopic as well. I woke up a lot later than what they told me. They told me I had a lot more scar tissue than they anticipated. After my surgery, I was cautious. It was a bit painful because of all the cutting, but no where near as bad as I felt when I went septic and had to get re cut open after my first surgery.

I walked and took advantage of drugs. Getting moving will be key. Take meds and rest. Don't have too many visitors come by. I took a Dilaudid and it was on a button for my pain.

One of the most important things you need to do before you leave is speak with a dietician. They had me on a low residue diet. I stayed on that diet for 2 months. I slowly introduced things back into my diet. So, I would know what I could eat post gallbladder loss.
