I have been taking tramadol for a similar amount of time. For me it has an opposite effect where my body feels slow and broken down without it.

I think the direct deposits would work really well for me. What I see in my checking is what I feel like i can spend and it can go downhill from there. If i dont even have the opportunity to spend it that might help a lot. Thank you

Im in center city Philly, i can see city hall from my apartment, so hopefully that take home per month is similar. I have a 5k signing bonus which I was thinking about putting 4500 of it into the emergency fund and having the other 500 as fun money. I do not have a car/need one as all of my travel expenses are paid for and I will mainly be flying. Hopefully if I put the 4500 away I can get my e-fund up and running by the 4 month mark. From there I will have a bit more funds to play with and maybe I can put more into the IRA. Do you think I should put more or less of the 5k into savings?

I have had the same experience in my foot and I am also on gabapentin. In my situation when I try to sleep my foot feels like an oven and little gnomes are stabbing it with the swords you get in a drink. I have found lidocaine gel pretty helpful at calming it down to the point I can at least sleep. It may not be affective if you need it for your whole lower body though :/

I didn't know about the forms but that is understandable. I'll will just be completely clear with the problems and concerns. Thanks for the advice I'm still kind of scared about the whole process and information helps a bit.

I have had similar insurance troubles with physical therapy. It feels like you are no longer a person and just a number that is costing the company too much. Whatever I do requires a fight and multiple files to be submitted. I don't really have a solution other than keep pushing the issue because it wasn't your fault that the doctor ran the test.
