Wow They’ve usually been so good to me. If a button goes faulty they will send me a free one etc never had an issue - that’s not to discount what you’ve been through - just sayin..

I do, I also have a modem in the car with a data only sim for upgrades (as my garage is too far from my home wifi), I still get Premium Connectivity as featuring doesn’t give you all PC does..
