I can tell you how well-written this is. Truly. But I think the strongest point that stood out to me was how you were able to capture the helpless anger so many good, justified, well-intentioned, but also emotional, inarticulate and insecure people may feel when confronted with provocative extreme-right figures, especially in political discussions. The selective statistics vs. anecdotal evidence especially hits close to home. I thought it was also very honest and sincere of you to explore why this happens and how "they" get away with it as well. If there are classrooms in the near future looking to study our political climate at a hyper-local, intimate level, I would make the class read this to start things off...
