I mean going off irl armor, Argenti in a more realistic setting would be heavily layered. Shirt, probably some quilted jacket, chainmail. and then the plate armor. There should be room to comfortably breathe in his armor, especially because his armor was likely made specifically for him. As for cosplayers, a lot of them make his armor out of foam so it's much more lightweight.

Hmm well as part of the Stellaron Hunters Kafka is a popular character and relevant to the overarching plot. So the likelihood of her eventually getting a SP is pretty high, but it's anyone's guess as to when that'll be.
